***Bryan Byrd, owner and operator of Byrd’s Seafood Co, is a native of Irvington, Virginia, who has called the Northern Neck home for as long as he can remember. A graduate of Lancaster High School, Bryan fell in love with the restaurant industry in his teen years. His 13 years experience includes several local restaurants, and he also spent 5 years living in Key West, Florida, working in the fast paced restaurant and bar industry. It was there that he discovered how passionate he truly was about the food, beverage, and the hospitality industry.

Bryan currently resides in Weems, VA and works part time as a bartender at Nate’s Trick Dog Cafe in Irvington, VA. As a local guy, he wants to support the local industry as much as possible with selling fresh local oysters and seafood, as well as fresh local produce. He intends to bring a delightful outdoor experience to the vineyard with a local vibe.
